Tips and Information about our online booking system
One slot is slated for one person only. Each person needing a haircut needs to create a separate appointment.
A free user account is required so that each client has the ability to go back into the system to update/delete appointments, see when you have your appointment if you forgot when it was, and guarantee an email confirmation.
You must click on a service choice to see the open slots on the schedule. Please make sure to double check all information including the am/pm option and double check your email to make sure you typed it in correctly. Check your spam/junk folders for your email confirmation if you don't see an email.
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so in a timely manner. You may go into your account and delete the appointment or you can call and leave a detailed message. No-shows are not appreciated. If you have three no shows - we will have to consider no longer accepting appointments from that client. Please respect Dan's time and let us know if you won't make your appointment.

Coal Creek Barbers Corp. Is our legal Business name and cannot be used by any other business in the state. - Do not mistake any other barber that may be using the name as us - this person does not represent us legally in any form whatsoever.
In the event that the shop is closed due to weather or some other incident it will be announced on this page and our Facebook Page. If you have an appointment that day you will be contacted personally to let you know that we had to close the shop via Email and A phone call.
If you have to cancel and reschedule your appointment due to weather or any other reason please go to your account online for the shop. Click on YOUR APPOINTMENTS> Then click on the appointment you need to delete. At the bottom of the page there is a TRASH CAN SYMBOL. Please click on that. A confirmation of your deletion will be sent via email. You can then schedule a new appointment.
In the case of a fully booked week we have a waiting list
If you would like to be added to the waiting list in case of a cancellation please call and leave a message with your name and phone number. You must have a user account with the online booking system to be added to the wait list. It is highly recommended that you make an appointment even though you are on the wait list. You will get a call from a wireless phone number. First call answered on the list will have the first opportunity to take the slot.
Effective immediately: All Barbershops have been mandated by the state to close down through April 30th or risk losing their license.
All standing appointments from today through April are now cancelled. "house" calls or "garage" cuts during this time of closure are not an option. Please respect this mandate.
